Overcharging by misleading proises

I had purchased Volkswagen Vento car from them in April. Sales Coordinator informed in writing the premium for car insurance Rs. 35701/-, to my surprise the actual premium paid by them to Bajaj Allianz was Rs.31954/-.

Once I asked them to pay the balance of Rs 3537/- they came out withh different stories of petty accessories, which they did promise as FOC.

would advice all to be doubly sure what do they charge.
