Change scheme

Sir as per scheme FUSION Caradvertise Company combine with TATA motors and launch a scheme of Advertisment on Cars and Sign a 5 years agreement but FUSION company change its Polices. and after payed 2 cheques they not responding. Not i am affected but maximum people can face this frud scheme problem. So please check this company and its Scheme.
