Clutch plate not working only in 16K Kilomete

Hi,

I had purchase the (hyunday I10) car in July and only after 16000 Km My car clutch plate is not working. i had always compalin for that to fx hyundai branch bata chowk but they have not taken any action on that. please confirm what can be done.
