Dear Mr. Manager
I, Dr. Ashish Kapoor, have purchased a Toyota Etios Diesel from your company on the 30 September with reg no. DL1C AB 0133
Upon reading reports, an advisory in the newspaper ON 31st December from the Transport Department GNCT of Delhi (Copy attached) and perusal of my vehicle purchase documents, it has come to my notice that you have levied a charge of Rs. 3550/- as the Logistics & Handling charges.
I am sure that you are aware that it has always been illegal to charge this amount of unsuspecting customers by misleading them as is explicitly clear from the Transport Department advisory.
I request you to kindly make arrangements for the said misappropriated amount to be refunded to me urgently and restore my faith in the values of your company…and the brand Toyota.
