Poor workman ship

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I was purchased a car from uttam Toyota & all the services done by the uttam Toyota from 0 km to 221745 kms. As per my complaint no DCM 1110512025.OR DCM 0111004180 I have inform

To the customer care that at 208561 kms a service had done on 30.08.2010 by uttam Toyota Ghaziabad

And the previous service was done at 2nd land service 201000 km.

After that when I left to Amritsar suddenly my car started bubbling, due to that I stopped my car & checked then I found that all the nut & bolts loose & stud was damaged . on the spot I had informed Toyota service centre & repaired my car next day from Amritsar.

After that incident when I reached to Ghaziabad again at 20.01.2011 I given my car to uttam Toyota for service at that time they did car service only at 221739 the bill no. of that service is GZ01A-TAX li-00904 (cash) Rs. 3062/-. At the same day after half hour of servicing when I left the service centre with my car got smoking & I stopped my car on the spot and opened the bonnet it got fired. I called fire brigade for the help & informed uttam Toyota immediately then after that with the help of crane they put the car to service centre. Regarding this whole incident G.M service of uttam Toyota Mr. Istak Ahmad, Jyoti & Mr. Govind communicated on phone with Toyota office Bangalore.

Now it is 16.02.2011 but till yet I am not having any information about my car that I got repaired or not.

Kindly tell me that, Is there any problem with external accessories which is 2-3 years old if yes then why

The service provider does not advise regarding this problem.

I am requesting you that kindly repair my car from uttam Toyota only because this is there own fault.

& need your attention that this type of incidence will not happen again in future.

Kindly answer my few questions :-

1. Is this my blender to purchase the car from uttam Toyota?

2. Is this my biggest mistake to give the car for servicing to uttam Toyota only?

3. Since last two times when my car got serviced it creating problem every time is this done intentionally?

4. Is this my fault to purchase TOYOTA INNOVA so I am facing problems without my car

Since 25 days?

5. After the mileage guarantee period Toyota’s forgets its responsibility towards a loyal customer?

6. Is it my falt I purchase Toyota innova car or I take all service 0 kmt to 2, 21, 739 all service from UTTAM TOYOTA GHAZIABAD.

7. If there are some non- genuine accessories was In my car than why they not advice my from 0 kmt -2, 21739 kmt?

8. The accessories was fitted from last five year.why it not happened in last five year?
