Non delievery of gas cylinde

We have booked our gas cylinder for home delievery on 13th Jan.

but still we have not received my gas cylinder. from last two days i am continously making call at our agency. But there is no response.

My gas connection no. is 9938 and concerned gas agency is BHARAT VIJAY GAS AGENCY, BADLI, DELHI- 110042, There agency phone no. is 011-27854368, 01127857383.
