This is Siddharth Saini resident of muzaffarnagar (U.P.), there is very much time lag between the booking of cooking gas and delievery. As i booked my gas before 15 days on the date 23rd of nov.2007 after a period of 21days of delievery of prior gas cylinder but still the agency employee said that it will take more 3-4 days in the delievery of gas. It means it will take near about 40 days in the delievery of cooking gas cylinder after booking of the first cylinder. I dont know there is shortage of the cylinder or something else is going on behind this, tell me about the process that how many days are required in the booking & delievery of second gas cylinder after the delievery of first and what steps will take by company against agency if there is delay in it booking and delievery of cooking gas cylinder as per company's norms.
