Not give home delivery

Dear sir,

My consumer no.17708. I booked the gas on 20 sep 2010 from Rudrapur gas service Rudrapur Uttrakhand, but as on 30.09.10, I am not received the cylinder yet. When I contected the concerned person he asked that I will get it after 15 days & can not give home delivery.

Sir I am government servant my office time is 10am to 5.00 pm so I can not go toto for gas cylinder.

Agency not give home delivery

Pls look into this at the earliest and hoping that strict action will be taken against this complaint positively.
