Dear sir, i Ms shrutika kapratwar from Hingoli having file no NGPZ850128/10 received your letter for furnishing the birth certificate on 15/05 whereas you have given the time span of 1 month & you send this letter me on 16/4 the time span was over.& as i am the student of B.E. & have an acssident with me i couldn't furnish it within a span.so i personally request you to give me some more span to furnish these documents.please grant me sir.
