I am Mrs. T.G.Vatchala frm Kodambakkam, Chennai. Our family had a gas connection in my husband's name (T.G.Gopikrishnan) in the Sri Guruvayurappan Agency, Vadapalani. My husband is dead and i want to change the connection to my name. The agency is not giving me the exact procedures and so i want to know the exact procedures for connection change and the documents which i need to produce..

So kindly help me with this problem..
