Delay of cylinde

Consumer No 25324 gas booked on 26.12.2010 booking NO. 135 cylinder not delivered till date on 6.01.2011 called to Anubha Gas agency they said you booked your cylinder on 04/01.

and your cylinder will reach tomorrow. This is very wrong who booked on 04/01 don, t know please look into this matter.
