Not taking gas booking & delivery (black marketing

Myself subhankar chakraborty, i am from kolkata, and last 8months me & my family was faced gas cylinder booking & delivery problem, our gas office is located at laketown kolkata, they cant pick up call, they given other consumer gas, those are booked gas letter from us, its just only money & some other people given extra money, we are not given any extra rupees. So as its my request please solution the situation and i known them those are done that type of crime.so please take some action regarding that.so wait for ur action reply
