NOC not received for my bike

I had purchased a Bajaj Caliner Bike in Aug and taken loan from GE Countrywide Financial Services Ltd. The Loan A/c No is - RDLR00204803, The Loan Amount is Rs 34, 500/- the EMI Amount is Rs 1, 688/-. I have paid all the EMIs starting from Sep 2002 till May.
