Sir,
I have been a customer of your company (Geeyem Motors Pvt. Ltd.) from the last 5 years, so far the service have been goode, but last time (13-3) I encountered a very poor and serious problem.
Our vehicle Chevrolet Tavera (KL17E 2536) was given for periodic service on 13-03. This was attended by Mr. Roopesh (Mob. 98474 03469) at 08.29 am. I got the vehicle next day at around 05.30 pm.
And on 17-03 I was shocked to see that my cars battery has been replaced with an old one. And I crosschecked the same with my documents to confirm it. And then I called Mr. Sil G to report the same and he said he will revert back to me. And I didn’t receive any call. And so I again called this morning and I was told that he will talk to the manager.
I had received good service earlier, but this incident has really left a bad impression on me. I hope that you look into the matter immediately, and take adequate steps.
