General Motors-CRUZ-LTZ 2011 Model
Defective Clutch, Pressue plate and Fly wheel

I (ATUL JANI) have purchased Cruz LTZ model, registration NO: GJ-6 ED-6619 from Shree Gopinathji Agency on 31.03. recently after driving 17000 Km have experince clutch problem, immediatly reported to Shree Gopinathji agency, as per them it was clutch, pressure plate and fly wheel damage since car has run only 17000 Km its unusual, I have driven nos of cars of diffrent companies since 1981 and have never experienc such problem, these is clearely defective part problem.

I have lodge the complain to GM help line no, my complain registration no:26839 dt.03.04.2012.

Currently have replace the parts through Gopinathji agency at my cost.

I want compny to compansate for defective parts.
