Poor Customer Service

Hi All,

I advice people not to purchase there GM vehicles from AutoVikas in New Delhi. Unprofessional staff, delivered me a Captiva with a dented roof, uncleaned seats and scuff marks. On requesting the dents be fixed, I was told not to bother with them as fixing them would affect the resale value. I was also promised some complimentary gifts on my purchase, never saw any. For someone paying almost 19 lacs for a car, one would expect higher levels of customer service and professionalism from the staff.
