i have purchased a CEVEROLET BEAT LT car from M/s CROSSROAD AUTO KANPUR (U P) at jan 22.AT the time of booking the car a quation prvide me for the price insurance r t o & cashless mentinance scheem from G M MOTARS INDIA to cover allscheem wear & tear for three years with pick & drop facility and chargrd for the same Rs 15000/. It is very good scheem for the owner .with this scheem i purchased car. At present dealer totaly refuse for it and asked to me there is no scheem you can refund your money which is chaged by the dealer at the time of sale the car. At this i have talk yo Mr AMIT RANJAN who is in key post with G M MOTARS INDIA on phone but he said Company not providethe same scheem. at dealer point manager said i cannot do any thing to you. Please shortout my problem
