I booked my luggauge from Howrah on 13 February to Yeshwantpur which contained some of important belongings. The people concerned in Howrah said that they have loaded my parcel on 13 itself and till date I havent recieved it in Yeshwantpur. I have been continuosly visiting the station to get my parcel but the people from Howrah are not giving any appropriate response. Please tell me some right procedure.
