i own a chevrolet beat (vehicle's number GJ - 5 - CN - 1239). i bought it from the city dealer - empire motors (surat). i am being harassed by the company members as they have changed my car's battery during the service of the vehicle and now they are not giving any response on complaining. they misbehave and speak vulgar and insulting words. i have enough evidences to prove their theft. i want you to take strict steps towards the wrong deed done by the company members. i hope you do the necessary or i will have to throw a case on the empire motors. in help of making a better india.
