Dear Sir/Madam,

We have booked ticket of Mr. Uday masurkar thru Arzoo - Ticket details as under - PNR No. A3F7EN departure from Mumbai to Vizag (Spicejet Airlines) at 5:30 AM Flight No. SG401. Our person carryng 5 Baggages and has already reached Vizag and received only 3 baggages and 2 of them was not checked -in by your staff at Mumbai Airport. Complaint for the same has been already lodged at Vizag Airport to Mr. Praneet -Customer Executive - Complaint Form No.22116 and also lodged the complaint at Mumbai Airport - Complaint No.54249. Tag no. of the Baggage left are - 0000486113 & 0000486114.

These are the tools which are required on ship for repairs purpose and if the same is not reached today, we will have to bear tremendous loss.

We request you to look in to the matter on top most priority basis and arrange to deliver our tool boxes at Vizag today itself.
