After 1 year but he will not make make house gas connection

I will already paid 1000/- Rs before 1 year, but still does'nt make gas house connection to my home, why???

many more connetion are already start to our society so why you will not make gas connetion last one year.. tell me??? another i will go "GRAHAK SURKSHA"

Do your work: and do your duty... gas house connection faster, and most urgent...
