I, Dr. Goutam Dutta, consumer no: 16290729, have booked a gas cylider on 22nd March with a gas booking no. 5425. The dealer, Gujral Gas Co., has not supplied the cylinder till yesterday (07th March).
The same dealer already supplied the gas cylinder more than a week ago to another consumer who booked the cylinder on 25th March. Could you plz. explain why such faulty distribution scheme is getting followed by the dealer?
In spite making of several requests through telephone by me and assurances made by executives working for the dealer while telephonic conversation, the gas cylinder is yet to be delivered to my residence which is situated just behind the Civil line police station, 2-3 kms away from the dealer shop.
I would request you to kindly take necessary actions so that the proper home delevery by the delaer is ensured within a week from the date of booking. I would also request you to investigate why such delays are taking place and whether any gross malpractices are followed by the dealer. Strong and stringent instructions from the higher authority must be passed on to the dealer to remove the inconvenience caused to the consumers.
Hope to get better service after the present complaint which will establish the importance of the online complaint for the benefit of the consumers.
