MARUTI A-Star VXI
Regarding exchange bonous

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki A-Star VXI model on 21st September from Your dealership in exchange of my old car Santro ZIP UP32- AJ2733. They have exchanged my car on Rs. 85, 000, at a time of purchase they committed that if i (Dealership) will exchange my old car with new one then the company will gave exchange bonus of Rs. 15000 beside the value of old car but they have not given any this amount till now. It has completed more than one and half month, when i asked about this from dealership they refused it and saying the exchange bonus was include in old car prices. I had been in touch with the agent but they are not at all interested in my issue. I am planning to file a case against my car in consumer forum. Even the agent is saying that you are free to file the case.
