LPG LEAKAGE FROM REGULATOR

I had indene gas connection no 42278 in the name of S. Kumar from Gurgaon Gas agency residence at P-18 G.F. Uppal sothend, Sohna road Gurgaon.leakage from lpg gas cylinder regulator observed. We had facing the problem from last one year but the problem has not been resolved till now. It is a serious concern w.r.t. safety
