Consignment has been booked on 07.06.2011 vide your LR no.123296644 from M/s. Accurate - Vododhara to KM/s. GuruFcure Pondicherry.
As per your Net tracking the same has been reached Pondicherry on 13.06.11 but the consignment is not delivered till time as we have called up yesterday, your representative said that the consignment will be delivered by today itself (14.06.11) and today we have called for the same but your peoples are saying we have never said like this and they are also expecting the consignment by today only. We donot understand what is the purpose of giving Net tracking? when your delivery is not as per your tracking statement moreover how many days you are taking for the delivery from Gujarat to Pondicherry so that we will not repeat the same mistake of sending consignment through TCI-XPS.
Hope you can understand our frustration. If the same will not delivered by today we will go to the next step in this regard.
