Gas not delivered

Dear Sir,

I am LPG gas consumer, I am the customer of guru Gas Agencies, m.k.b nagar, chennai service who are the distributor of my area. My consumer No is 34290. i have booked the gas and last friday (15 june) they sent the message as they have billed our booking but still no cylinder has been delivered to my home. it has been more than 20 days after my booking.so I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.
