Purchased i10, Regd No: DL10 CA 2714.Its engine got seized 7th May 11.and it is with dealer now. Because of its dealer fitted CNG. While I was purchasing vehicle they told its hyundai approved CNG but few days back i got to know it is not. Because of dealer few thousand i am loosing out my 5 lacs (3.65 lac 55k interest on loan). I am suffering from this trauma. I am ending up paying 2k in my convene.

Thank us soo much but I already have few of this sweet mail already i don't need this any more. Now i don't need mercy of Hyundai Motors because already seen that in last 3 months or so. Its mental, emotional, physical and financial torture given to me. I am living in kalkajee and working is in gurgaon. My work requires lot of traveling and commuting within gurgaon without own convenes is a turf task. First a fall i will have to sharing auto to reach nehru place than a bus to reach hauz khas then a metro to reach shikender pur, then again sharing auto to reach my office. All these things are nothing less than harassment which i am going through in 42. C.Else i will have to hire cab which is costing me around Rs 1000 / day minimum. And moving with in ggn is costing me additional 500 to Rs 1000/per means i am paying almost Rs 2000 daiIy and also borrowing money from friends to do the same. I am a salaried guy don't earn in lacs and i can't purchase another maruti vehicle now because i can't afford to payRs 15000 in EMI.

I don't need Hyundai vehicle any more. I just need approval to fire my vehicle. I don't want my family, friend and colleague to go through same trauma.

I have been folIowing you for quite some time now if you have no concern can easily say no. I am really disappointed by the hanshyundai dealer. Requesting your consent to fire my vehicle. My vehicle Engine got seized with in a year after getting the below thing done . i don't find any good reason to continue with this vehicle. I have been harassed and cheated. While purchasing car thay said there CNG is hyndai approved but few days back i got to know to know it is not. I have paid 55K for CNG 30 k higher than the market rate if would have known that i would have never ever purchased that. If new vehicle engine got damaged because of dealer fitted CNG where should i go. They are agree to do overhaul under warranty if new engine got damaged what is guarantee that overhaul engine not get damaged in a year or so. Because fitment/ CNG would be same.

My vehicle is having CNG from dealer only. I had my last free service done on 14th feb on Orian Hyundai Gurgoan. There I complained about starting problem. After service they told that engine require overhaul. It has covered only 18000Km. All my services is on time. How a vehicle which is just a year old can have this short of problem.? In Marruti vehicle this problem don’t happen even after 100000km. I am really shock to see how much you care about customers. I am feeling cheated and harassed. Only just marking 8 for satisfactory won’t serve anything. Maruti people are far more effective and efficient and they won’t make customer fool. Dealer had kept the vehicle for 2-3 days and again send back to me by fixing problem temporarily. Just after 5 days Now vehicles is not able to run CNG. Although CNG guy came today and told he will fix it. Vehicle become lifeless when ever I switch on Air conditiner. I don’t know what to trust because one of your authorize dealer (orion hyundai, gurgaon) is saying engine require overhaul and other (Hans Hyundai, moti nagar) was telling nothing is wrong with engine. But now they are accepting this, they are having my car with them and are repairing it .i don't want to have it again. Please replace my vehicle because if i would have needed overhaul engine vehicle i would had purchased 2nd hand car less than half of money i had paid for this. Plz replace it or return my money or fire it or take back your defected vehicle and return my money. Else I will go to consumer court.
