I own a Tata Indica Xeta and i've been visiting this showroom for a while now for servicing.
I had been experiencing problems with the indicator console. I had given my car for servicing in august. During the delivery, one of the staff told me that there's a problem with the indicator console and its unrepairable. He also said that it needs to be replaced. My car was under warranty till November end. He gave me a time period of one week for the part to be replaced as it was not available with them.
After a week i called them and they said that the console hasn't come yet. They said they'll call me once it comes but then they never called me. I kept calling every week to check whether its come or not but they told me not to call again regarding this matter and they'll call me back once it comes.
I got fed up waiting for their call and visited the showroom again in november since my warranty was due in november. I didn't get any useful service from them so i decided to visit the showroom in mangalore.
There they found that it was just a minor problem and they repaired it within 5 minutes and it was FREE OF COST!
I was really surprised by their expertise and was satisfied.
That day i felt that hanuman motors has amateur mechanics and they really don't know to find a solution to a problem as minor as mine.
