This is the complaint Ihave made to them.
I have recvd HTC mobile (order no-0GA100011729) from u, which is having lot of scratches & looks like second hand set. I want replacement. When I spoke to ur exec, asked to send it back through courier. But courier people are refusing to take, as its a mobile phone. How can I send it back & get replacement? Pls reply ASAP
I have sent it back 3 times but not yet replaced.

But the parcel came back without any reasons mentioned on it. I want replacement. How u r going to collect it? Why its coming back? I will go to consumer forum, if this is not replaced or money is not returned within 15-20days. I am paying interest on credit card & postal charges also paid by me. Who will bear this cost???
I have ordered lot of items like watch, camera, mobile etc from u, I want to cancel all those things & I want my money back. If the money not refunded within 15days, I will go to court of law.
