Gas connectoin not coming

Dear sir

I Gyanendra singh s/o Ujagar singh from RZ-271 gali no.4 karan vihar part-1nangloi new delhi

I have submitted my documents of gas connection in january

but they didn, t gave me any slip of getting connection

they have taken Rs.25 from me and take my signature

i went there many times but they are not listening to my request of connection.
