I am an unfortunate owner of Ford Fiesta Car, which I bought in I bought this car with my hard earned money plus a loan of Rs. 5 Lakhs, as we all know that cars are always depreciating its worth & liabilities so no way I can afford to sell this and buy another make. Since the day one this car has given me enough trouble that I never recommend any body to Ford car, on the top of it its being franchised to the most customer unfriendly people "Harpreet Ford".
I have been complaining for about now 8 months about airconditioning and my car has gone to service station at least 6-7 times and each time at least 2-3 days, they fix it temporarily and again the problem re-occurs.
Following are some of the last few AC complaints repaired, although my car is under warranty.
1. 07-June-10 (Inv. No. CRA02369GW)
2. 21-May-10 (Inv No. CRA01817GW)
3. 07-Apr-10 (Inv. No. CRA00276GW)
Prior to this I was not tracking how many times I had to send my car for AC repair.
Why should I be always paying visits and suffering and remain without a car till the my car is getting fixed. My warranty is about to be finished but my problem persists, and they keep fixing it temporarily. What will happen post my warranty expired? Finally its only consumer who has to suffer.
I would recommend each of the potential buyer not to buy Ford cars as Harpreet Ford does not have any competenciy or capability to rectify the problems.
