Misbehaviour, refuse to give loan, refuse to reopen acount

Dear sir/madam

we are the coustomers of pnb since 1988. now a days we have purchase a motorbike and we want a loan for that we are agree to give any thing for guarantee but the manager of ur branch kishanpura (jalandhar city)

refuse to give it he tell us that we dont give any loan for this type. and he does not have manners how to talk to coustomers.

secondly: my mother account has been closed due to there is no transactions and we have to reopen it because we have some shares of reliance company which will have to tranfer in money in that account we tell the manager to plz reopen it and have a form of guarantee of the other owner of accounts known by us which have account in pnb. but he refuse to open account.

now we want to know from u that what kind of service is paid by pnb to us. we have 5-6 other accounts in pnb so what to do now plz snd us suggestions to us. that u have some way to it or if not then we move to anotherbank for better services.
