I had a query reg IRCTC charges for which I have not got a proper revert. Four days back I given my request for which the complaint has been booked. Next day some deputy manager had called to whom I had narrated the whole story. He said we will revert back after speaking to his boss. Till today nobody has called me. I have sent my query to [email protected]. I need a call from senior level management by today EOD
