Dear Sir

I have bought a superbrand hero cycle for my child on 26.12.2010 from singla cycle uttam nagar for Rs 2700/- while the local brands were available for 1000-1500 with good finishing, I have been supplied inferior quality cyle, within a week the cylile welding seat, many more iron part broke, The assessembling of the cycle was very poor, the junk material was painted from outside. When I reached dealer they refered me to company as I have asked for refund of my money or new cycle, but the response from the company was very poor, Company not taking any response. I have
