Dear Sir,
Sub: Hercules Cycle Blazer - IC - Problem of coming out cycle chain from back-side wheel every now and then - Cycle No. JNM 45269 - Reg.
Ref: Hercules Cycle Purchase Bill No. 1387, dt.17.10.2009
I had purchased a cycle of above-mentioned Cycle No. JNM 45269, vide Bill No.1387, dt. 17.10.2009 from Shri Jagdish, M/s. New Ramesh Cycle Stores, 1/14, In front of New Market Police Station, Near Masjid, T.T. Nagar, Bhopal Ph. No. 0755 - 2553118, Mob. No. 0-99072-19527. When I was taking cycle away to my home from above cycle shop within the half kilometer, the chain came outside 3 times from the back wheel. Immediately taken cycle away back to shop and told to him. He has opened and re-fitted the back wheel. I came to my home with the re-fitted cycle, again the same problem coming.
But due to lack of time and unable to go to M/s. New Ramesh Cycle Stores, I got repaired the cycle 3 - 4 times from cycle shop, who is very near to my house. But problem was not rectified. As per his words - this is due to alignment problem at the time of manufacturing.
Then after I had to visit M/s. New Ramesh Cycle Stores, to get rectified the cycle and pay money so many times. But to no purpose till this time.
Every time coming out chain from back wheel is not the fruitful journey, and giving mental agony.
Within the 10 KMs, 4 - 5 times chain coming out from the back wheel and my hands are becoming blacken to fit the chain on free-wheel, which is very difficult task.
I had purchased above cycle just for health purpose. My habit is riding cycle 20 KMs - morning and 20 KMs evening.By Riding cycle 40 KMs every day, how many times I have been fitting chain on the free-wheel, your kindself could understand my unpleasant cycle journey.
I had paid Rs. 3, 050/- for above Hercules Blazer IC - I did not get a good cycle by spending Rs. 3, 050/- and to get rectified I had to pay more money more times.
Hence, I would request your kindself please take back this cycle and arrange to give good cycle of Hercules Blazer - IC. I had also written a letter in Hindi to M/s. New Ramesh Cycle Stores, Bhopal, to send back this cycle to company, with a copy to you, which is self explanatory.
