Extra Charge of Money

Dear Sir,

I service my Hero Honda Passion Pro on 6/Aug at Sunil Auto Authorized Service Centre, Lucknow.

They had charged Rs. 10 as consumable charge.

So kindly tell me is it a valid charge they had taken and what is Consumable Charge? As in my knowledge there is no charge on Free Service.
