Hero Honda/Hero (Pleasure)
Forcefully charged to pay for engine oil change though not asked for the same

Sir on 14 jan i went to hero honda workshop for regular servicing of my pleasuer chasis no MBLJF16EC9GL0950 engine no JF16EA9GL09503.i asked for battery charge, break check & carburator check but didnot asked for change in engine oil as i had recently changed it personally.when i went back to take my scooter i was asked to pay for engine oil (Rs 192) in addition to other charges.when i said that i havn't asked for the same i was told that i had to pay & to avoid unnecessary argumentation i paid the full amount.but it was painful for me to bear unnecessary economic burden.

sir kindly do necessary action against them so that consumers like me may not suffer further.
