Sir, i handed over my hero honda cd dawn motor cycle with registered no: KL22/690 on 27/11 for rectify with a complaint ''SUDDEN STOP WHILE RUNNING'' .they take my vehicle and told me that they will call me on 29/11.but they didnot call me. When i contact on 30/11, the phone attend person simply told me that they will call after work completed. In the mean time i went to chennai on 1-12 and back on 18/12. On the same day i asked about my motor cycle by phone, the attended person of the phone told me that my motorcycle is ready for delivery and the bill cost 738/=.DUE THE DELIVERY TIME ENDS TODAY (5.00PM) HE ASK ME TO COME ON 20/12. ON MORNING 20/12 I WENT AT JCT SERVICE STATION. AND ASK ABOUT MY BIKE, THE LADY IN THE RECEPTION TOLD ME THAT THEY MISTAKENLY PRINT THE BILL OF YOUR VEHICLE AS22/696 INSTEAD OF KL22/690 AND BILLED RS 6201/= I TOLD HER TO CHANGE THE BILL IN MY MOTORCYCLE ALSO THE BILL AMOUNT VARIES EARLIER YOU INFORMED. LASTLY I PAID 6201/= AND TAKE MY VEHICLE, THEY ADAMENTLY REJECT MY REQUEST TO CHANGE THE BILL. AFTER GOT MY CASH, THEY SIMPLY PUSH MY VEHICLE WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE WORK DONE NOR RETURN THE OLD SPARES.
I NOTICED THEY DID NOT FIX MY CHAIN COVER AND GO NEXT DAY AND FIXED. TODAY MORNING MY MOTOR CYCLE STOPPED WHILE RUNNING.I TAKE A RENTED PICK UP AND HANDED OVER TO JCT SERVICE STATION THEY SIMPLY TAKE THE VEHICLE AND GIVE ME A PAPER. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES IAM VERY MUCH WORRIED ABOUT THE SERVICE PERSONS ATTITUDE. I PHYSICALLY AND MENTALY AND FINANCIALY UPSET. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL IN MY COMPLAINT
