My son Late Parijat Parag Choubey purchased one Hero Honda Karizma ZMR from an authorised dealer M/S Vinline, Kolkata and was issued one Hero Honda Goodlife Card bearing number 10461 0001 4823511. It was promised to have a compensation of Rs One Lac on Personal Accident Death.
Most unfortunately my son expired on 02.08.2011 in an accident. I submittet all related documents to M/S Vinline and a copy of the same to National Insurance Corporation, R.K.Puram, New Delhi.
Regret to submit that even after lapse of more than six months of the incident, neither Dealer nor Insurance Company is in a position to give a proper answer to my simple querry about the status of the claim.
I May request the concerned authorities to atleast intimate me the status of the said claim.
