I am R.Parandaman 829 vallalar st karimedu annan nagar Avadi Chennai 55 my gas cosumer no. 31542 with Sri Ragavendra Gas Agency Avadi, Chennai. Since my family is small 2 2 we are booking and receiving lpg gas cylinder mostly bimonthly, even though the dealer not supplying cylinder even after booking 15 days even some times one month also why this is i came to know that the delivery boys are selling for higher costs illegally and those who are not booking. if we ask for not delivery, they simply say door locked as falsely and we will deliver today but they don’t deliver if we ask next day that day also they tell that we will deliver today like wise they delay further one or two week so it is very hard to get lpg cylinder when it needs and we are not able to go outside for any other works. Further when booking they don’t give the booking number and they ask us to collect the cylinder from goodown Actually last refill cylinder we received on -3-8-10 but the bill date was 27-7-10 after nearly two months I booked on 28-9-10 and waited for 10 days after that I enquired on 7-10-10 they said that the delivery van was bubu nagar which is more than two km away to my residence you come and collect I said that I m in office how it possible my wife is only in house so you please deliver to my residence but they didn’t deliver on that day then next day I enquired and the agency said today (Friday) we will deliver but not deliver on that day also. Then I personally went office on 9-10-10 Saturday I requested to deliver and they said today we will deliver but not deliver on that day also we were expected like today will come, today will come on 10-10-10, 11-10-10 and12-10-10 but not delivered then today I went to office personally at 9.30 hrs they assured today will deliver up to evening (thistime) not deliver I called the agency they say the same story the if possible today otherwise tomorrow how may visit and how many call all are in vain even for booking we have to go personally because phone will always busy or if ringing they don’t attend so each and every booking we have to walk the agency office three to four times personally have to call at least 10 phone calls, my wife staying at house for the past one week expecting gas and no able to do any work out of home and they put us in a great trouble in physical, mental torched and minority loss also. I m a post graduate and working in a Central Govt. Office, if well educated and employed person suffer this much, how will suffer a lay man think over this great tragedy suffered by the customer and give remedy for this suffering. So please take action against agency particularly the delivery man and give the instructions to the agency so as to get the cylinder in time.
