In an accident on dated 14/11 my motorcycle has been damaged then i approached to the HERO HONDA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE (DARA MOTORS KHASRA NO.863/3, MAIN ROAD BURARI NEW DELHI-110084, PH. NO. 011-27613157, 27613158) on dated 16/12 as per service centre information i reached to collect my motor cycle. He charged me Rs.7162/-, bill no.CA-8582, I told to the supervisor that some problem in steering alignment but he did not admit my fault and advised me use if problem occurred then in next service it will be managed, my bike insured but he did not covered in claim. ON DATED 31/12 i went to B.K. MOTORS &TRACTORS (A-81, G.T.KARNAL ROAD AZADPUR, NEW DELHI PH. NO. 011-27412755, 27412777) for scheduled service after analysis the supervisor told me that some problem in alignment of steering the he troubleshoot the problem and done scheduled service also and charged Rs.266/-(FOR product description BALL RACES KIT, BILL NO.CA-23654) AND Rs.500/- as labour charges total amount I paid Rs.818/-. I want to draw your kind attention that I approach to authorized service centre for accidental service but he did not cover the same thing for what I have paid Rs.818/- extra.
2)- and the second point is when my motor cycle was in accidental service then labour charge is Rs.300/- and for replacing the BALL RACE service charge is 500/- after negotiation because first time the manager of B.K.MOTORS told me that labour charge is 1000/- but I denied to accept my vehicle saying that I will go to consumer forum, N.K.MOTORS &AND TRACTOR'S service manager told me that i will discount on labour charges again print invoice of 500/- labour charges. kindly solve my problem I was mentally harassed by the service centre, I am feeling suffocation in this freedom and democratic country.
