From the above service records it is clear that from 7 times the vehicle has been serviced
By Plessure Authorized service center.
Even after repeated complaint and service, the basic problem of vehicle has not been detected and solved by your
Service centers. The money spent is not my constraint here. Still I am not able to use the vehicle comfortably.
The details of complaints shall be collected by your service dealers & i already talk to Mr. Bipinbhai but he was not respond very well.
1. Excide battery problem (used recycled battery at the time of delivery of the vehicle? Or Excide company has supplied sub standard batteries?)
7. Even after completion of one month service centers unable to set the proper idling.they just convince that every time they replace the parts if again problem was occur but never replacing the plessure. can u tell me why replacement was not possible?
i am not satisfy or comfortable with this plessure so, i need to replacement.
During the past one month of the Plessure vehicle I have faced enough problems and given enough chances to Set right the problems.
Hence hereby I request you to replace the trouble giving "PLESSURE" at the earliest. If the company is not willing resolve my problems,
I have decided to lodge legal complaint as per the consumer act to CONSUMER CELL against the service centers and the manufacturer.
I have collected all the supporting details, However I would like to give a last chance to you to resolve the problem to avoid
unnecessary complications in future.
Hope you will take necessary action in the regard.
