They Have not dispatched the RC of INDICA VISTA purchased in Nov' 2009 till today i.e. 12 may

I have purchased an INDICA VISTA in Nov from HIM Tata Motors. and got its dilivery on 12th Nov. Till today I have not recieved the RC card from the company. they are having it as they have given me the photocopy of the this RC Card.
