Irresponsible attitude and work

As the 3 lines are always engaged, it takes a week or two to book for gas. again it would not be delivered on stipulated time as they mentioned.again the same process of ringing them again again again... in all the lines from all the lines at home .it goes on again for a week and when i began to ask the person, those irresponsible person began to chat with their friends nearby and giggling without giving me a proper reply. If they are not interested to do the business why dont they hand over it to other who are willing to do it. I also want to know whether the person incharge (kala vijayakumar) knew about this and taking not any action or she too involved in this.pl do take some action .this is occured for third time to me. there are also so many complaints like this in chennai.justdial.com/hindustan-gas-agency _adyar_chennai_q
