I am a consumer of HP cooking Gas.staying at puri, orissa. our dealer is ramchandra subudi.

really we are facing lot of trouble regarding gas delivery
dealer is selling the gas in black market
even if we book according to terms & condition we get the gas after 30 days of booking
both the cylinders finishes.
recent issue i want to keep in front
last month we received gas on 7/4
booked the gas on 29/4
but till date i.e 10/5 we didnot receive the gas
today we asked they are saying again book the gas
i am worried again they will take another 10 days so in total after 23 days from booking date we may receive if they at allsend
please look into the matte
