Sir,

In response to your public advt in newspaper in pune i have booked Astar LXI (Silver Silk) on 31.8.09 with a committment of delivery on 28.09.09i.e. Dassera Accordingly till now i have paid a total amount of Rs 3, 50, 581 M 800 car exchange worth Rs 32, 000/- cash & Corp Disc of 12, 000/-My Customer Id is I092503616.Now it is hard to believe me that today your dealer had informed me that this car is on waiting & will take a 1 month time to deliver due to shortage & thus I am going through a serious mental trauma as this affect me a financial loss for no fault from my side. I request you to kindly look into the matter & arrange for delivery at the earliest as committed to me by your Dealer on my indent for my car from company on 31.8.2009 or to extend the present sheme of cash discount Exchange bonus as publically announced by company worth Rs 25000/-as a special case. I would be grateful to you if you could do so, as this had it been informed to me on 31.8.09, i would not have gone for this deal with you. Thanking you sir.
