DEAR SIR,

THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY THREE WEEKS BACK (CON. NO.20119) TILL TODAY i.e.6-10

THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS.NOW AFTER THREE WEEKS TODAY WHEN I CALLED UP TO REMIND HIM HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE ADDRESS FAULT, BUT SINCE THREE YEARS I AM GETTING THE SAME GAS HOME DELIVERY IN THE SAME ADDRESS.NOW HOW CAN HE TELL ME ABOUT THE ADD. FAULT
