Complaints regarding the performance of car (s.dealer code: 3004340)
Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Tata indigo CS LX Model 2010 from HKBK motors, Renukut Uttar Pradesh on august. Here are some complaints about the car and your authorized dealer.
During the 3rd service which was done on 24th November. Therefore after two days the car performance was too bad, it had poor pick up & engine starting problems and also engine race are automatic increase. Therefore I told the problem to service centre they replied that’s not a major problem, let me the car and I solved the problem immediately.
Then after servicing of car, camp command switch was damaged by that authorized dealer than after the service engineer said after removing the camp-command sent to Varanasi for replacing or repairing, than as per dealer’s instruction I personally went to Lucous - Tvs, Chauka Ghaat, Varanasi for replacing the camp-command but they gives me second hand spare parts due to this time my car is not in running condition & I am facing a lots of problem due to it. After that the camp-command is replaced in my car and that time my car that time running good but after three to four days my car position is going to that previous condition. At present time my car starting problem, running problem are very poor and I am very disappointed for this inconvenience.
