Not received the consinment in full

Respected Sir,

To whom so ever may concern.

This is to inform you that I am not receiving my consinment in full. Each time at the delivery my some or the other box is missing.

Each time when I call at your office I am not receiving any answers from your side. There is no one to attend my complaints. So each time there is loss beared by me, who will be responsible for my that loss. I want an immediate respond from your side tto this mail.

I have also complained to Hero Honda Motors Ltd Gurgoan regarding the same. The details are as under :-

1) Consinment date- 20/1 consinment no- 442317315

Loss amount- Rs 1780/-

Missing part- chain cover kit, quantity- 4pcs, box no - 3 .

2) Consinment date- 23/1 consinment no- 441662594

Loss amount- Rs 1120/-

Missing part- set L RR cowl, quantity- 1pcs, box no - 43.

3) Consinment date- 04/02 consinment no- 442637064

Loss amount- Rs 3500/-

Missing part- Cutlery Set, quantity- 24pcs.
