Hi All,

I have purchased Hyundai i10 car from this HMP Hyundai Show room, Ekkattuthangal branch, Chennai some 1 month before. Now i found that my car is outdated, they sold me 2010 model which has some defects in it initially. Also they didn’t provide good services for the Hyundai cars. They won’t provide any warranty materials as promised, they will say some stupid reasons and make u to belief that mistake is on our side.

I heard from many that this particular HMP Hyundai showroom, Ekkattuthangal was a Cheating part of Hyundai Company, there main purpose is to sell outdated and defected cars to customers.

They will first say like they will offer cars in low prices, so we will go to buy it, but the fact is, the car they are selling is not worthy and not latest model with good capabilities.

I don’t know whether like Korean mobiles, Hyundai also selling some Korean type of Hyundai cars using this HMP showroom.

I’m very unlucky, frustrated with their service though, my car is the worst of other customers facing some problem.

They will not wash your car properly, for cleaning the floor mat they will charge 1500rs. Also they will change the original parts with duplicate ones. Also if we give for car service, we will get back with additional scratches.

So please don’t buy cars from HMP, better don’t opt for Hyundai. Please don’t ever go for HMP service centers.

All the above said are true. Based on the information collected and personal experience I have posted. I don’t want the people to get cheated anymore with this HMP Hyundai showroom. LET ME THE LAST PERSON to that mistake.
